This miniature motor and wind power turbine demonstration set consists of a miniature motor with 12" connecting wire leads. The motor operates on voltages of 1.5 - 3.0V DC. The motor doubles as a Wind Power Turbine Demo by attaching the included red turbine to the motor. It can produce dc power using the wind and gives an insight into DC motors and provides for an understanding of the principles involved in wind energy production.
