Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.  After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship within the US and abroad. Ensure to confirm that your order will clear customs in your country.  Please allow extra delivery time for international shipments.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. At checkout we will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 7- 30 business days depending on your location. 

United States and Canada: 3-7 business days
Europe: 7-20 business days.

Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 business days

Rest of the world: 10-30 business days


DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after shipping your purchase within 1-3 business days. 

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfilment centers some of your items may come in different but you will only be charged once for shipping.

What is your return policy?

You are fully covered and protected by our 7-day return policy. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your item, return the item we will send you a replacement.
